My faithful two-legged friend
The very first time I saw her, I knew I'd have a good life with her. But I never dreamed it would be this good. We used to like to go walking and stop for a break in a café.
I was lying on the floor in a café one day, when a woman passing by worriedly ran in to my two-legged friend and said, "You can't just leave that sweet little dog lying on the cold floor! Please, take this blanket!" Suddenly, I was lying on a wonderfully soft blanket, and before I could stretch right out, I'd fallen straight to sleep. My human companion was so bowled over by my happiness that she swore that she would always provide this comfort for me, from that moment on.
